Chatwoot's cloud pricing is per-agent — same model as Intercom/Zendesk, just at a lower base rate. We don't have that lever at all. A 30-agent team pays $19 on Nura24.
Zero DevOps overhead
Chatwoot self-hosted is free but requires you (or a hire) to run Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, Rails, the lot. We're a managed SaaS — patches, backups, scaling are our problem.
