Why teams switch to Nura24

No per-agent multiplier

Chatwoot's cloud pricing is per-agent — same model as Intercom/Zendesk, just at a lower base rate. We don't have that lever at all. A 30-agent team pays $19 on Nura24.

Zero DevOps overhead

Chatwoot self-hosted is free but requires you (or a hire) to run Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, Rails, the lot. We're a managed SaaS — patches, backups, scaling are our problem.

Modern AI baked in

Chatwoot's Captain AI is a separate add-on. Our 9 AI features are first-class — auto-categorize, reply suggest, summarize, similar tickets, KB AI search, translate, pre-agent bot, gap analysis, conversation summary. Pay per call.

Multi-workspace included

One account, many workspaces, each fully isolated. Free workspaces stay free indefinitely. Useful for agencies running support for multiple clients.

Frequently asked

Chatwoot is open-source. Why would I pick a closed-source SaaS?
If open-source is a hard requirement (compliance, philosophy), pick Chatwoot. If you want a managed product with no operational burden and dramatically simpler per-workspace pricing, pick us. Different bets, both legitimate.
Does Nura24 plan to be open source?
Not currently. The product is closed-source managed SaaS. We may release components (the AI provider abstraction, the icon set) under permissive licenses but the main product stays proprietary.
Can I migrate from Chatwoot?
Yes. Chatwoot has a JSON API for export. Pull conversations, contacts, and KB articles out, then import to Nura24 (we can help script the transformation for SMB-scale migrations).
Does Nura24 have Chatwoot's Captain AI equivalent?
Yes — our Pre-Agent Chatbot + Chat Reply Suggestions cover the same job. Same underlying tech (commodity LLM, grounded in your KB), priced per call instead of as a monthly add-on.
What about Chatwoot's webhook ecosystem?
We have outbound webhooks on key events (ticket created, replied, status changed). Chatwoot has a bigger marketplace of integrations because of its open-source community. If you depend on third-party integrations, evaluate the specific ones you need on both.
Why is Chatwoot Cloud per-agent if their self-host is free?
Cloud is their hosted-service business; per-agent is the SaaS standard. Self-hosting takes work, so most teams pick Cloud and pay per-seat. We picked a different lane: managed SaaS at per-workspace pricing.
