Yes. The Free tier has no seat cap. The only things you pay for are AI usage (a separate credit pack) and Pro conveniences (custom domain, white-label, unlimited chat history) at $19/month flat per workspace.
How can you sell AI 100× cheaper than Intercom's Fin?
We don't take a 100× margin on it. Our AI feature set runs on commodity LLMs (Claude Haiku, in case you're curious about the model behind the scenes). Our cost per call is ~$0.003. We charge $0.009. Intercom charges $0.99. That's not magic — they're just extracting more rent.
What's missing from Nura24 compared to Intercom?
Honest answer: a sales team, an enterprise contract process, and tooling for very large support orgs (1,000+ agents). If you're under that, you're not missing anything. We have chat, KB, contact pages, tickets, customer portal, AI tools, and multi-workspace from day one.
Can I migrate from Intercom?
Yes. Export your conversations + articles from Intercom (they support CSV/JSON export), and we'll help you import on the way in. Most workspaces get fully migrated in a day or two.
What about Fin AI's accuracy?
Our AI features (reply suggestions, KB search with citations, ticket summary, similar tickets, auto-categorize) use the same kind of model under the hood — Claude Haiku. Quality is comparable for the same task. The difference is pricing: we charge for the LLM call, not for a 'resolution' (which is a marketing fiction).
Why is Intercom so much more expensive?
They have a sales team, an SDR team, an enterprise customer success org, and a brand premium. None of that helps your customers. We don't have any of it, which is why we can sell the same product for 1/50th the price.
