Can I embed the form on my own website?

Coming soon — we'll be shipping a JS snippet + iframe embed so you can drop the contact form anywhere. For now, link to the hosted page or use your subdomain.

Does it work in my language?

The marketing site and admin are fully localizable; the public-facing contact page rendering and labels can be customized per workspace.

What happens after someone submits the form?

If you have the Tickets module enabled, a ticket is created automatically and your team is notified. You can also configure a custom 'thank you' message or redirect to your own thank-you page.

Is the form spam-protected?

Yes, four ways: a hidden honeypot, a minimum fill-time gate that blocks instant bot submissions, a per-IP hourly rate limit, and a keyword blocklist that silently drops matching messages. No CAPTCHA — real humans never see friction.

How does the AI form deflection work?

After the visitor pauses typing (800 ms), we run a fast lexical search across your selected sources (KB articles, AI Knowledge documents, AI Knowledge notes) and show up to 3 matching results. If lexical finds nothing, AI ranks article titles semantically. Click → article opens in an overlay; the form stays intact.
