Does the widget slow down my site?
No. The script is loaded async and weighs about 20 KB. It only renders the widget once your page has finished loading.
Can I customize the widget look?
Yes — set the primary color, position, welcome message, offline message, and pre-chat form requirements from the settings panel.
What happens if all my agents are offline?
The widget either hides or switches to a 'leave a message' form, depending on your settings. Captured messages can auto-create tickets.
Can I embed it on multiple websites?
Yes. The same snippet works on any number of sites — paste it on each one. All conversations land in the same inbox, and a Site filter at the top lets you see chats from one site at a time. The widget itself looks identical across sites; if you need different branding per site, create a separate workspace for that brand.
