We have outbound webhooks for ticket events. A native HubSpot integration is on the roadmap. If you need it today, Service Hub's tight coupling with HubSpot CRM is a real advantage; weigh whether it's worth $500+/month.
Can Nura24 replace Service Hub entirely?
For the support side, yes — tickets, KB, chat, portal, customer feedback. For sales pipeline and marketing automation, no — those are HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub. We do one job (help desk) at a far lower price.
Can I migrate from Service Hub?
Yes. HubSpot supports ticket and article exports via API and CSV. Import into Nura24. Plan 1–3 days for the data side; longer if you have complex automations to recreate.
Does Nura24 have HubSpot's reporting depth?
No. HubSpot has years of investment in reports and dashboards. We have ticket metrics + CSV export. If your team lives in HubSpot dashboards, that's a real gap.
Why are HubSpot's seat minimums so aggressive?
