Custom domain (`support.acme.com` instead of `acme.nura24.com`), removal of 'Powered by Nura24' attribution, 2,000 included AI credits/month, unlimited chat history. $19/month flat per workspace.
Can I migrate from Freshdesk?
Yes. Freshdesk supports CSV exports of tickets and articles. Import into Nura24 — most migrations complete in 1–2 days for typical SMB workspaces.
What about Freshworks' wider product suite (CRM, sales, marketing)?
