Yes. We're not a US-only company — multilingual marketing site (7 locales), GDPR-style consent in contact forms, EU-hosted infrastructure available on request. Crisp's EU-roots positioning is genuine; ours is too.
Does Nura24 have Crisp's MagicReply equivalent?
Yes — it's our Chat Reply Suggestions feature. Same shape: AI proposes a reply grounded in your KB, agent clicks Use or edits. Pay per call via credits.
What about Crisp's CRM features?
We have contact (Requester) records that aggregate a customer's tickets and chat sessions across time. We don't have full CRM features (deals, pipelines). If you need a real CRM, we're not the right tool — Crisp's CRM module is one of their differentiators.
Can I migrate from Crisp?
Yes. Crisp exports conversations and contacts; import into Nura24. KB articles typically need re-authoring (different formatting).
Why are seat caps a problem on Crisp's flat tiers?
They make the pricing model look flat while still extracting more from bigger teams. A 4-agent team feels like they're getting a deal at €25. A 15-agent team is forced to Plus at €295. We refuse to play that game — no seat caps anywhere.
Is Nura24 as polished as Crisp UX-wise?
Crisp's UX is good. Ours leans more minimalist (closer to Linear / Vercel design aesthetics). Try both; product feel is subjective, and the only thing that matters is whether your team can work fast in it.
