Does Nura24 have SLAs and ticket routing rules?
SLA timers and basic routing are on the roadmap. Today we have status workflows (Open / Pending / In Progress / Resolved / Closed), categories, priorities, manual + round-robin assignment, and AI auto-categorization. For most teams under 50 agents, that's enough.
Is the AI as good as Zendesk's?
For the same task — auto-categorize a ticket, draft a reply from your KB, summarize a long thread — yes. Same underlying model class. The difference is we charge ~$0.009 per call; Zendesk bundles AI into premium tiers and add-ons that work out to multiples of that per usage.
What about reporting and analytics?
