Tidio is e-commerce-friendly. Is Nura24?
Yes. The chat widget embeds on any site (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, custom). The KB and contact pages work for any vertical. We don't have e-commerce-specific features (cart recovery, order lookup) — if those are critical, evaluate both.
Does Nura24 have chatbots like Tidio's Lyro?
Yes — our Pre-Agent Chatbot feature. Same shape: AI assistant answers visitor questions before a human picks up, drawing from your KB. Pay per call via credits.
What about Tidio's email marketing features?
We don't do email marketing. We do support email (inbound and outbound for tickets). If you need email broadcast / drip campaigns, you'd pair us with a tool like ConvertKit or Klaviyo.
Can I migrate from Tidio?
Yes. Tidio exports chat history and contact data. Import into Nura24. The chat widget snippet needs to be swapped on your site.

Is the chat widget as good?
For real-time messaging, file/image hints, business hours, multi-language detection, AI suggestions — yes, comparable. Tidio has slightly more polish on visitor-side gamification (visitor lists, automatic triggers). We have those on the roadmap.
