Does Nura24 have the same shared-inbox feel as Help Scout?
Yes — our ticket inbox is one shared view across the team with assignments, internal notes (with @mentions), and a customer portal. The visual style is different (more Linear-style than Help Scout's brand) but the workflow is the same.
Can I migrate from Help Scout?
Yes. Export conversations and Docs articles from Help Scout (standard CSV/JSON exports) and import them into Nura24. Most teams complete a full migration in 1–2 days.
What about Beacon and the embedded widget?
Our chat widget is the equivalent — embeddable on any number of sites, identifies the workspace via embed key, real-time messaging, AI reply suggestions, canned responses. Different name, same job.
Does Nura24 have email-in?
Yes. Each workspace gets a unique inbound address; forward your support@ to it (or point your MX records directly) and customer emails create tickets automatically. Same flow as Help Scout's email-in.
What about reporting / metrics?
We have ticket-level metrics (response time, resolution time, CSAT ratings) and CSV export. A dedicated reports dashboard is on the roadmap; if you need pivot tables today, Help Scout has more polish there.
Why is Help Scout so much more expensive?
