Cancel and resume

Stop billing at the end of the current period. Undo at any time before period end.

Cancellation in Nura24 is at period end, not immediate. You keep using the workspace through the end of the period you've paid for; nothing's charged after.

Cancelling

Billing → Cancel subscription → confirm.

What happens:

  • The subscription is marked to cancel at the end of the current period.
  • No further charges will be made.
  • You keep full access through to that end date.
  • A banner shows "Subscription ends on [date]".

You don't lose data on cancellation. The workspace stays in place; if the subscription expires and you don't pay, the workspace falls back to the Free plan (with the relevant feature degradations).

Resuming before period end

If you change your mind during the remaining period, click Billing → Resume subscription. The cancellation flag is cleared; billing continues normally. No new invoice, no proration, no fuss.

After period end

If you didn't resume and the period ended:

  • The subscription is fully canceled in Stripe.
  • The workspace transitions to the Free plan.
  • Features above the Free tier stop working.
  • All your data — chats, articles, tickets — stays exactly as it was.

To come back, just subscribe again. Past invoices remain accessible.

What you can't do (yet)

  • Cancel immediately with prorated refund — not supported. Cancellation is always at period end.
  • Pause subscription (skip a month) — not supported. Cancel and resubscribe is the workaround.

Deleting the workspace

Different from canceling. Settings → Delete workspace removes the workspace and all its data after a grace period. Use this when you really want everything gone, not when you just want to stop paying.

Don't delete a workspace if you might come back to it. Restoring after deletion is not currently possible.
