Invite the team

Add teammates to the workspace with a role. Each invite is a one-click email.

You don't have to handle everything alone. Invite teammates into the workspace and assign them a role.

Sending an invite

Go to Settings → Team → Invite member and enter:

  • Email — where we'll send the invitation.
  • Role — Owner, Admin, or Agent (see below).

Click Send invite. The recipient gets an email with a link valid for 7 days. If they already have a Nura24 account on the same email, the workspace just appears in their workspace picker; no new signup needed.

Roles

  • Owner — full control, including billing and member management. There must always be at least one owner.
  • Admin — everything except billing. Can invite / remove members.
  • Agent — uses the inbox: handles chats, replies to tickets, writes KB articles. Can't change workspace settings or invite people.

You can change a member's role at any time from Settings → Team.

One person, many workspaces

If a teammate already belongs to other Nura24 workspaces (their own or others), this invite doesn't affect those — it just adds the new workspace to their picker. They'll switch between them from the dropdown in the top-right of the dashboard.

Removing a member

From Settings → Team, click the member's row and pick Remove from workspace. They keep their Nura24 account; they just lose access to this workspace. Their past chats, tickets, and KB articles stay attributed to them (we don't rewrite history).
