Choose modules
Enable the four modules independently — Live Chat, Knowledge Base, Contact Pages, Tickets.
Nura24 has four modules. Each runs independently — turn on only what you need today, add more later. Disabled modules don't appear in the sidebar, don't serve public URLs, and don't count against any module-related plan limit.
The four modules
- Live Chat — embeddable chat widget for the visitor's side; agent inbox + canned responses on yours. Doesn't need a public portal. See Live Chat docs.
- Knowledge Base — self-service help center at
acme.nura24.com/help. Categories, articles, voting, AI search. See Knowledge Base docs. - Contact Pages — a configurable contact page at
acme.nura24.com/contactbuilt from blocks (text, form, hours, team cards, FAQ, …). See Contact Pages docs. - Support Tickets — full ticketing for agents + a customer portal at
acme.nura24.com/tickets. See Tickets docs.
Toggling modules
Go to Settings → Modules in the workspace. Tick or untick each module and save. Changes apply instantly. Underlying data is retained when you disable a module — re-enabling brings everything back.
What about the public portal?
The public-portal subdomain (acme.nura24.com) only serves a page when at least one public-facing module is enabled (KB, Contact, or Tickets). If you only enable Live Chat, the subdomain stays unused — the widget lives on your own website and identifies the workspace via its embed key.
Module limits per plan
Some plans cap the number of articles, agents, or active conversations. The Modules page shows your current count against the limit. Upgrading is one click; see Plans and pricing.
