Create a workspace

A workspace is one business. Pick a name, claim a subdomain, optionally enable modules.

A workspace is the container for everything one business does in Nura24: chat conversations, KB articles, contact submissions, tickets, team members, billing. If you support more than one product or brand, give each its own workspace — they're fully isolated.

The form

From the workspace picker, click Create a new workspace and fill in:

  • Name — the business name as customers will see it (e.g. "Acme Corp"). You can change this later.
  • Subdomain — a short identifier you'll use for the public portal. acme gives you acme.nura24.com. Lowercase letters, digits, and dashes only. Some prefixes (app, www, api, cdn, mail, language codes, …) are reserved and can't be used.

Click Create workspace and you'll be dropped into the workspace's dashboard. The subdomain is reserved immediately; you can use it from this moment, no DNS waiting.

What you get

  • A dedicated dashboard at <tenant>.nura24.com/admin scoped to this workspace.
  • A public portal at your-subdomain.nura24.com (only visible once a public-facing module is enabled).
  • An embed key for the chat widget — see Install the widget.
  • A free trial on the default plan; billing happens per workspace.

Adding a custom domain

You can attach your own domain (support.acme.com) once the workspace is created. See Custom domain.

Inviting teammates

You're the owner of the workspace you just created. To add agents, see Invite the team.
