Multiple workspaces
One Nura24 login can own and belong to any number of workspaces — like Slack.
Nura24 follows the Slack model for membership: one account, many workspaces. If you run several businesses or support several brands, you don't need separate logins.
When to use more than one workspace
Use a separate workspace per:
- Brand — Acme Co. and Acme Pro should be separate so customers see the right name + logo, and metrics don't blend.
- Legal entity — billing is per workspace; if invoices need to go to different companies, split them.
- Language tier — if your English and Romanian operations run on different teams with different KB content, separate workspaces is cleaner than per-article filters.
Don't use a separate workspace for departments inside one business — Live Chat assigns conversations to specific agents, and tickets have categories. One workspace handles that.
Creating an additional workspace
From the workspace picker (top-right of the dashboard), click + Create new workspace. The form is the same as your first one — pick a name, claim a subdomain, choose modules.
Switching between workspaces
The dropdown in the top-right shows every workspace you belong to. Pick one to switch; the URL stays at <tenant>.nura24.com/admin, the active workspace is held in your session.
Roles are per workspace
You might be Owner of one workspace, Admin in another, Agent in a third. Permissions don't cross. Your username and 2FA are tied to your account, not the workspace.
Limits
There's no platform-wide limit on how many workspaces an account can belong to. Some plans cap how many workspaces a single owner can create. See Plans and pricing.
