Plans and pricing

What's in each plan, what isn't, and what costs extra.

Public pricing is at nura24.com/pricing. Every workspace starts on the free trial of the default plan; you don't pick a paid plan until trial expires.

What plans differ on

Plans typically vary on:

  • Number of agents — seats included.
  • Number of active conversations / open tickets — soft caps with warnings before enforcement.
  • AI feature access — some features may be gated to higher tiers.
  • Custom domain support — usually available on paid plans.
  • Support response time — community vs business-hours vs SLA.

The list of plans and their exact features is configured in the admin area; the values you see on the pricing page are always current.

Free plan

There's a Free plan for very small workspaces — up to 3 agents, no AI features, no custom domain, no SLA. It's enough to evaluate Nura24 and run a tiny side project.

Custom plans

Need more than the listed plans offer? Contact us — for larger teams or enterprise needs, we'll talk through a custom configuration.

Trial

New workspaces start on the default plan's trial — usually 14 days. During trial:

  • Full feature access at the plan's tier.
  • No card required to start.
  • A banner shows days remaining in the workspace.

When the trial ends:

  • If you've added a payment method, the subscription renews and you're billed.
  • If you haven't, the workspace transitions to the free plan automatically — no data loss, but features above free-tier stop working.

Currency

Currently USD only. International currency support is on the roadmap; for now, Stripe handles the conversion on the customer's card.

Tax

Tax handling is in progress. For US customers, Stripe Tax determines the right rate. For non-US customers, tax is currently NOT charged at the platform level — you may have local tax obligations to handle yourself.
