Create your Nura24 account in under a minute.
Head to nura24.com/register and fill in:
- Name — your own name; teammates will see this next to your replies.
- Email — the address you'll use to sign in. We send password resets and magic links here.
- Password — minimum 8 characters. We don't enforce special-character rules; we'd rather you used a long passphrase.
Click Sign up and you'll land inside the app at <tenant>.nura24.com/admin. The first thing you'll see is the workspace picker — empty, because you haven't created one yet.
Confirming your email
We send a confirmation link to the address you provided. You can use the app right away, but a few features (billing, password resets, magic-link emails to customers) won't work until you click the link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a couple of minutes.
Enable two-factor authentication
Go to Profile → Two-factor authentication to enable TOTP-based 2FA. Scan the QR code with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, Bitwarden — they all work). We also generate eight one-time recovery codes — save them somewhere safe; they're the only way to recover access if you lose the authenticator.
One account, many workspaces
A single Nura24 account can own or belong to any number of workspaces — like one Slack login giving you access to several teams. There's no need to create separate accounts for each business you run.
