Branding
Logo and primary color, applied to the public portal and chat widget.
Two settings change the look of everything customer-facing in your workspace: the logo and the primary color.
Where it shows up
- Public portal header (
acme.nura24.com/...) - Chat widget bubble + header
- Magic-link emails sent to ticket customers
- "Powered by Nura24" footer (still visible, but your brand dominates)
Setting the logo
Settings → Branding → Logo. Upload a PNG or SVG. The recommended size is 200×60 px or larger; we'll scale down without cropping. Transparent backgrounds work best (the portal header is white, the email template may be tinted).
If no logo is uploaded, we render a small badge with the first letter of your workspace name on the primary color.
Setting the primary color
Settings → Branding → Primary color. Pick a hex value (e.g. #4F46E5) or use the color picker. This drives:
- Button backgrounds, link hover states, and active form rings on the public portal
- The chat widget's launcher button and outbound message bubbles
- The email magic-link button
Two surfaces, same brand
The agent dashboard at <tenant>.nura24.com/admin uses Nura24's default Indigo — agents are working inside the platform, not facing customers, so we don't restyle it per workspace. (One less thing to maintain visually as your color changes.)
When to leave it alone
If you don't have a brand color yet, the default Indigo is fine. You can change it any time without affecting saved data; the next page load picks up the new value.
